HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage day-to-day HR operations including documentation, contracts, and benefits
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting across systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Partner with business units to support end-to-end recruitment needs
• Coordinate hiring processes from job posting to onboarding
• Support workforce planning and headcount tracking
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics
• Monitor and support performance management and development initiatives
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Identify and implement improvements in HR processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in HR roles
• Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and HR operations
• Experience supporting recruitment processes and working with hiring managers
• Good knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
• Experience managing employee documentation and HRIS
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach and high ethical standards
