HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Counsel business leaders on HR topics and align HR actions with business priorities
• Implement corporate HR strategies and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide operational support for people processes, data accuracy, and EHS policies
• Facilitate recruitment efforts, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Support compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and incentive schemes
• Drive performance management, talent development, and training initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in a similar industry or environment
• Generalist HR management experience covering a wide range of HR practices
• Professional expertise in employment law, payroll, and employee relations
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
