HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to the business, advising leadership on HR policies and translating business priorities into effective HR actions.
• Manage workforce planning and recruitment delivery, including building talent pipelines and overseeing onboarding processes.
• Drive total rewards and people cost management, ensuring accurate job grading, incentive payments, and HR budget execution.
• Develop organizational capability through performance management, People Review processes, and succession planning.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance by maintaining HRIS data accuracy, managing industrial relations, and monitoring HR KPIs.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in a generalist HR role within an industrial or project-oriented environment.
• Expertise in employment law, employee relations, payroll matters, and organizational change.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, matrix organization and influence stakeholders across different levels.
• Fluency in both English and German.
