HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on talent management, employee relations, and policy interpretation
• Drive continuous improvement of core HR processes, policies, and procedures
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes in coordination with external providers
• Manage employee time and attendance tracking in compliance with Spanish labor regulations
• Act as the primary HR contact for HSE matters, coordinating with external Prevention Services
• Support performance management, goal-setting, and succession planning initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices
• Experience working with HR reporting tools
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
