About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on talent management, employee relations, and policy interpretation
- Drive continuous improvement of core HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes in coordination with external providers
- Manage employee time and attendance tracking in compliance with Spanish labor regulations
- Act as the primary HR contact for HSE matters, coordinating with external Prevention Services
- Support performance management, goal-setting, and succession planning initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices
- Experience working with HR reporting tools
- Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
