HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people priorities with strategic business objectives
• Lead and manage a range of employee relations cases, providing clear and pragmatic advice
• Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change management activities
• Drive performance management standards, including the management of underperformance
• Strengthen leadership capability, engagement, and culture through coaching and support
• Utilize data and insights to improve decision-making and people outcomes
• Collaborate with wider HR teams to deliver a joined-up, solution-focused service

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
• Strong expertise in employee relations
• Experience supporting organisational development and change
• CIPD qualified or equivalent professional qualification
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Confident in influencing and coaching managers at all levels
