HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Sales Managers to drive talent strategy and advance business results through strategic talent actions
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop proactive solutions, programs, and policies
• Coach, advise, and manage complex employee relations issues
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including career planning, performance management, compensation, and talent development
• Execute human capital strategies regarding organizational design, leadership, and culture
• Lead and support US HR team projects with a focus on continuous improvement

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience supporting Manager-level clients and driving talent lifecycle actions
• Strong business acumen and the ability to integrate HR strategies with business goals
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive success
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and support teams across all US time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales, technology, or medical device industries
• Experience working within a matrixed organization
