About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the A350 Final Assembly Line leadership team to align HR strategies with operational goals.
- Drive talent acquisition and management by partnering with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent for production roles.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to operations managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Foster positive labor relations through regular dialogue with unions and the implementation of collective agreements.
- Implement performance management processes and provide coaching to managers on goal setting and improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D teams to enhance employee capabilities within the operations department.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to monitor workforce trends, absenteeism, and attrition to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Proven experience supporting operational teams, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR best practices.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
