HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to the business by developing HR strategies and delivering tailored solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the business units and corporate HR to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage the effective implementation of all HR programs, services, and organizational development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners across various practice areas and service centers.
• Ensure full compliance with Polish labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate HR strategies to meet the specific needs of the supported business segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR generalist, managing multiple HR functional areas.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Advanced proficiency in English and a good command of the Polish language.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Business acumen and an interest in HR technology and AI adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within complex international organizations.
• Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activities.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
