About the role
Responsibilities
- Set and deliver the HR agenda for US Category and NA Marketing/Innovation teams, aligned with business priorities and the Win as One strategy.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to US Category GMs and the NA Chief Marketing Officer, providing coaching and constructive challenge.
- Translate commercial strategies into actionable people, capability, and organizational plans.
- Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through effective talent management, succession planning, and workforce insights.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through design, structural optimization, and the execution of operating model changes.
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives to embed culture, performance, and engagement priorities.
- Ensure HR governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), including extensive experience at senior levels.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering HR interventions that drive business performance.
- Experience leading large-scale talent, change, culture, and engagement initiatives.
- Strong capability in using data and analytics to inform workforce and organizational decisions.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing senior executives in complex, matrixed environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or Customer-facing organizations.
- Previous experience working directly with senior executives such as Chief Marketing Officers or Heads of Innovation.
- Experience leading HR initiatives at scale across multiple countries in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence.
- Background working within multinational, transformation-led environments.
