HR Benefits Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain all global medical plans, ensuring compliance with benefits regulations and plan terms
• Coordinate benefit enrollment processes, support open enrollment across all countries, and manage new hire benefits onboarding
• Serve as the primary resource for employee benefit questions, providing expert guidance on plan options and eligibility
• Manage benefits compliance across all jurisdictions, including FMLA administration and ACA reporting
• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate benefit deductions, reconciliation, and timely processing
• Conduct regular benefit audits and analysis
• Leverage HRIS systems to optimize benefits administration, reporting, and decision-making

Requirements

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree or SHRM-CP certification (or equivalent)
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred)
• Proficiency with Adobe Pro
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality
