HR Associate

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth start for employees
• Support offboarding activities, including exit clearances, documentation, and final settlements
• Assist in End-of-Service Benefit (EOSB) calculations and coordinate with the PRO for GOSI and government processes
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personnel files
• Support monthly payroll preparation by verifying attendance, leave, and overtime
• Learn to navigate government platforms such as GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and company events
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support
• Assist with employment contracts, renewals, and visa documentation

Requirements

• No prior HR experience required; training and guidance will be provided
• Strong interest in building a career in HR and people operations
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is a plus
