About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Korea employees in partnership with external vendors
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and statutory payments
- Handle payroll-related reporting including tax filings, year-end settlement, and regulatory submissions
- Execute HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data updates
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support workforce planning
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Ensure alignment with Korea labor regulations and company policies
- Participate in regional HR initiatives and support reporting to global teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on payroll management in Korea
- Strong understanding of Korean labor law and payroll statutory requirements
- English proficiency for communication with regional stakeholders
