About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment letters, register new hires for medical insurance, and update internal HR systems
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personal files
  • Support background checks and visa applications for new hires
  • Handle HR-related billing and reporting across Asia countries
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations across Asia region including probation tracking, contract renewals, and terminations
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on HR matters
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR processes
  • Prepare monthly payroll instruction files in accordance with local legislations
  • Drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of HR processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field
  • JLPT N3 or JLPT N2 level proficiency
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred
