About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare employment letters, register new hires for medical insurance, and update internal HR systems
- Maintain accurate employee records and personal files
- Support background checks and visa applications for new hires
- Handle HR-related billing and reporting across Asia countries
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across Asia region including probation tracking, contract renewals, and terminations
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on HR matters
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR processes
- Prepare monthly payroll instruction files in accordance with local legislations
- Drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of HR processes
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field
- JLPT N3 or JLPT N2 level proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred
