About the role
Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of employment onboarding transactions for regular and temporary staff positions
- Manage job openings and HR data using university software and case management tools
- Issue contingent and final offer letters and coordinate the background check process
- Communicate with university units via email and phone to provide status updates and collect information
- Support the Applicant Management System while ensuring compliance with university procedures and ADA guidelines
- Provide backup on-site coverage at regional I-9 centers as needed
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- High School diploma
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Intermediate level proficiency with computer data entry
- 1+ years of experience with business software solutions
