About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support for daily HR operations
- Contribute to the organization, monitoring, and implementation of Group-level HR projects
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating with relevant departments
- Manage, organize, and update files, databases, forms, and other HR materials
- Coordinate internship programs and collaborations with educational institutions
- Collaborate with subsidiary HR teams to ensure uniform application of policies and practices
- Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for HR projects and meetings
- Monitor timelines and deadlines related to HR actions
- Assist in the coordination of HR events such as career days and internal communication initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree
- Knowledge of the SCAN HRMS system
