About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide employee support by managing HR queries and requests via calls, chats, and tickets
- Manage data within HRMS/ERP systems (such as SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or SuccessFactors)
- Ensure all activities adhere to established KPIs, SLAs, and QMS standards
- Maintain strict data privacy and confidentiality regarding employee information
- Support other HR teams with high-volume tasks including reporting and mass data updates
- Proactively acknowledge and resolve requests with a focus on customer centricity and empathy
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of professional experience in Human Resources
- Relevant Human Resource qualifications or related educational background
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel
- Experience working with HRMS or ERP platforms
- Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts (5:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing the Malaysia HR helpdesk or knowledge of Malaysia HR processes
- Knowledge of Excel Macros
