HR Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage employment-related processes including contracts, visas, licenses, and documentation in coordination with the PRO
• Maintain and update physical and digital employee records
• Support the recruitment process through candidate sourcing, reference checks, and contract preparation
• Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and onboarding initiatives
• Process employee payroll in coordination with the finance team
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, HR events, training sessions, and seminars
• Supervise office support staff including the IT Technician, Maintenance Assistant, PRO, and Office Boy to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Proven experience with employment documentation and record management
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use modern HR tools and software
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
