About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including employment agreements, policy acknowledgments, and personnel files
- Update and manage employee information within the HRIS and other internal systems
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system access setup
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, programs, and communications
- Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20 to 25 hours per week in our downtown St. Louis office
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous administrative, HR, or professional support experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in a professional office or business environment
