About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including employment agreements, policy acknowledgments, and personnel files
  • Update and manage employee information within the HRIS and other internal systems
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system access setup
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, programs, and communications
  • Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work 20 to 25 hours per week in our downtown St. Louis office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous administrative, HR, or professional support experience
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a professional office or business environment
