About the role
Responsibilities
- Source talent using professional networks and job boards
- Manage applications by sorting, analyzing, and pre-selecting CVs
- Participate in initial telephone interviews
- Update and maintain the recruitment ATS and track KPIs
- Assist in creating internal HR communication content
- Support the organization of HR events such as forums and trade shows
Requirements
- Preparing for a 2nd year BTS or a License/Bachelor in Human Resources
- Previous experience in HR (internship or apprenticeship)
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and professional networks
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Ability to travel occasionally within France
