HR Assistant (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager with recruitment tasks, including job posting, candidate pre-selection, and conducting phone interviews
• Assist in sourcing strategies via social media, schools, and job boards
• Manage HR administration, including preparing contracts, amendments, and DPAE documents
• Coordinate employee onboarding, probation period follow-ups, and integration processes
• Maintain and update employee files and support transversal HR projects (compliance, tools, and procedures)
• Contribute to internal communications and manage employee benefits
• Participate in company life through team events and internal initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Human Resources
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Previous experience in HR is a plus
