About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative personnel tasks including contracts, certificates, absences, leave, and medical visits
- Maintain personnel management dashboards and update official registers
- Prepare onboarding files and support the integration of new employees
- Assist with the hiring of interns and apprentices, including managing agreements and school contacts
- Handle HR administrative mail and process sick leave documentation
- Support recruitment processes by drafting job descriptions, posting offers, and filtering applications
- Coordinate HR meetings and appointments
- Provide support for social management control and various HR projects (HSE, Diversity, Reporting)
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac+2/3 degree in Human Resources
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Organized and methodical approach to tasks
- Excellent spelling and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and managers
- English proficiency is a plus
