HR Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Maintain and update HR systems, including the HR chatbot content and the HR SharePoint site
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including candidate communication and documentation compliance
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
• Contribute to various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Service-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or practical experience in HR administration or office support roles
