HR Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the HR department by participating in the planning and coordination of production training actions
• Assist in consolidating training information for audits such as IATF and V5000
• Deploy the site communication plan, including internal newsletters and flash news
• Develop and facilitate training modules for managers regarding tools like Workday and time management rules
• Implement integration processes for new employees
• Participate in cross-functional projects and working groups as required by the organization
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and HR policies

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree
• Previous experience in Human Resources functions
• Proficiency with digital tools, specifically Google Suite
