Responsibilities
- Create employee files in various HRIS (PEOPLE DOC, Kélio)
- Manage hiring formalities (DPAE, verification of residence permits)
- Draft employment contracts and amendments
- Monitor and update employee files
- Manage occupational medicine follow-ups
Requirements
- Student at Bac+2 level or higher, preferably in HR training
- Previous experience within an HR department
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous
