Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process from initial contact to employee onboarding
- Manage administrative tasks, including employee files and HR dashboards
- Assist in creating a warm and memorable employee experience for new hires
- Contribute to internal communication, employee events, and quality of life at work initiatives
- Propose ideas to improve employer branding and continuous employee experience
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources (Bac +2 to Bac +5)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork
- Highly organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient with IT tools and office software
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive, curious, and dynamic attitude
