HR Applications Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the implementation and enhancement of internal HR applications
• Coordinate with global HR teams, developers, and other departments to gather requirements and align objectives
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of all milestones
• Oversee testing phases, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage cutover activities
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, configurations, and user guidelines
• Organize and deliver training sessions for key users and stakeholders
• Provide first and second-level support for application-related issues
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system problems and implement improvements

Requirements

• University degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, HR systems, or internal applications
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and HR processes
• Proven experience coordinating testing phases (UAT, integration) and go-live activities
• Ability to create technical documentation and deliver user training
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Fluent English (both spoken and written)
