HR and Talent Acquisition Advisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment activities to meet hiring targets for specific business groups
• Build candidate pipelines through advertising, employee referrals, direct sourcing, and networking
• Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, including complex salary negotiations and job offers
• Provide Italy-specific HR operational expertise, including contract preparation and onboarding documentation
• Ensure full compliance with Italian labor law, GDPR, and local HR regulatory requirements
• Deliver localized HR execution such as physical file management and coordination with Italian authorities

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house)
• Proven experience in IT recruitment and deep market knowledge
• Expertise in direct candidate sourcing via diverse social channels
• Fluency in English is required
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR operational processes
• Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field of study
