About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage, administer, and archive personnel documentation including individual labor contracts, addenda, decisions, and termination documents
  • Operate and update data in REGES/Revisal in compliance with legal deadlines
  • Prepare necessary documentation for ITM inspections and internal/external audits
  • Verify and validate payroll data such as timesheets, bonuses, indemnities, leaves, overtime, and absences
  • Support the monthly payroll closing process and ensure accuracy for D112 declarations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, personnel documents, and HR processes
  • Provide support to local managers on labor law, personnel administration, and HR procedures
  • Coordinate local recruitment processes and manage onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Participate in annual HR processes including performance evaluations, salary reviews, and workforce planning
  • Prepare personnel and payroll reports and HR indicators for management

Requirements

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or Administration
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll
  • Practical experience working with REGES/Revisal
  • Solid knowledge of labor law
  • Knowledge of payroll, time management, and integrated HR systems
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for local HR processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Charisma software
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies
  • Experience managing payroll processes involving bonuses and shift work
