About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations including employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, and exit processes
- Provide IT support by triaging hardware/software tickets, setting up new joiner devices, and managing SaaS licenses
- Oversee office and facilities management by liaising with co-working space teams and managing supplies
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating rates, processing invoices, and tracking renewals
- Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and travel/visa logistics
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, office administration, or IT support
- A graduate degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and a tech-savvy approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru (MG Road)
- Ability to work UK collaboration hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HRMS or various IT management tools
