HR and L&D Administrator

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer courses and events in the People First system
• Manage course invites, waiting lists, and attendance
• Assist with training administration including booking rooms, trainers, and processing invoices
• Support the L&D Manager with training reports and monthly updates
• Provide basic HR process advice and guidance on company policy
• Maintain HR systems and personnel files
• Respond to employment, mortgage, and tenancy reference requests
• Manage employee benefits schemes and monthly expenses for the Managing Director
• Assist HRBPs with minute taking for investigations and hearings
• Support door access management and general administrative tasks for the HR Director

Requirements

• Experience in HR Administration and Training environments is desirable
• Experience in a busy administration role
• Educated to GCSE level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer use and data entry
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
