About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and administer courses and events in the People First system
- Manage course invites, waiting lists, and attendance
- Assist with training administration including booking rooms, trainers, and processing invoices
- Support the L&D Manager with training reports and monthly updates
- Provide basic HR process advice and guidance on company policy
- Maintain HR systems and personnel files
- Respond to employment, mortgage, and tenancy reference requests
- Manage employee benefits schemes and monthly expenses for the Managing Director
- Assist HRBPs with minute taking for investigations and hearings
- Support door access management and general administrative tasks for the HR Director
Requirements
- Experience in HR Administration and Training environments is desirable
- Experience in a busy administration role
- Educated to GCSE level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer use and data entry
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
