HR and Government Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end government relations processes in KSA, ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for government entities, regulatory bodies, and external authorities.
• Oversee and process all government-related requirements including Qiwa, GOSI, Iqama issuance, and renewals.
• Support the business in obtaining and renewing licenses, registrations, and approvals from government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudization requirements and support reporting and tracking obligations.
• Deliver day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Translate HR-related documents, policies, and official communications between English and Arabic.
• Manage employee training administration, including local KSA programs such as COOP and Tamheer.

Requirements

• Saudi national is required for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations and government relations within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, and Iqama systems.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi labour law and Saudization requirements.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to operational delivery.
