HR and Admin Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and placement for operations and field-based employees, including processing requests and preparing employment contracts
• Maintain up-to-date recruitment reports, talent databases, and employee 201 files
• Support employee engagement programs and company-wide activities such as town halls, team building, and special events
• Oversee administrative tasks including office supply distribution, uniform and ID provision, and equipment monitoring
• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and contract renewals for company vehicles and insurance
• Monitor company fixed assets and documentation of assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• Completion of at least 600 hours of HR internship or 6 months of HR-related work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity
• Willingness to work onsite and flexibility to travel to the warehouse if needed
• Ability to start immediately
