About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and placement for operations and field-based employees, including processing requests and preparing employment contracts
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment reports, talent databases, and employee 201 files
- Support employee engagement programs and company-wide activities such as town halls, team building, and special events
- Oversee administrative tasks including office supply distribution, uniform and ID provision, and equipment monitoring
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and contract renewals for company vehicles and insurance
- Monitor company fixed assets and documentation of assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Completion of at least 600 hours of HR internship or 6 months of HR-related work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity
- Willingness to work onsite and flexibility to travel to the warehouse if needed
- Ability to start immediately
