About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct headhunting by writing job offers and proactively approaching potential candidates via professional networks and databases
- Perform candidate screening, including CV sorting and conducting initial telephone qualification interviews
- Manage the employee lifecycle by preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and coordinating the onboarding process
- Support payroll and document management by creating and updating personnel files within HRIS and payroll systems
- Provide daily support to employees regarding internal policies, benefits, and HR processes
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) to communicate with candidates and clients outside of Quebec
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
