HR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct headhunting by writing job offers and proactively approaching potential candidates via professional networks and databases
• Perform candidate screening, including CV sorting and conducting initial telephone qualification interviews
• Manage the employee lifecycle by preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and coordinating the onboarding process
• Support payroll and document management by creating and updating personnel files within HRIS and payroll systems
• Provide daily support to employees regarding internal policies, benefits, and HR processes

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) to communicate with candidates and clients outside of Quebec
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
