About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR operating models, organizational structures, and large-scale change strategies to improve HR process efficiency.
  • Advise organizations on a range of people-related challenges with a focus on change management and HR transformation.
  • Support engagement activities from planning through implementation, including managing potential issues and risks during client assignments.
  • Prepare proposals and deliver presentations for potential clients to support business development.
  • Manage and motivate teams of junior consulting professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and networks while monitoring project progress to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, or MIS (or a Master's degree with 4 years of related experience).
  • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience (or 4 years with a Master's).
  • 4 years of experience with large-scale HR projects in a professional services, consulting, or in-house HR management capacity.
  • 3 years of experience in at least two of the following: change management, organizational design, HR operating models, or HR process efficiency.
  • 1 year of experience in client pursuits, including preparing proposals and presentations.
  • 1 year of experience managing a team of junior consulting professionals.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to serve client needs, including potential international travel.
