HR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HRIS records, personnel files, and documentation in compliance with corporate and legal standards
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience and documentation completeness
• Support hourly and salaried timekeeping, attendance processes, and provide backup support for payroll validation
• Administer personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and status changes within HR systems
• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and workforce reports including turnover, absenteeism, and headcount
• Conduct routine data audits to ensure HRIS data integrity and support decision-making
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, learning activities, and employee engagement events
• Support compliance through file audits, record retention, and tracking of mandatory training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation
• Solid understanding of HR processes such as onboarding and personnel actions
• Basic knowledge of U.S. employment law (EEO, FMLA, FLSA, ADA)
• Strong reporting, documentation, and data management capabilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity
