HR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain employee information in Visma People, T-Registro, MyHR, and other HR management systems
• Manage the preparation, renewal, and control of contracts, agreements, and other labor documents
• Collect and validate onboarding documentation for new employees
• Prepare offer letters, welcome letters, and other onboarding documentation
• Perform monthly payroll closing in coordination with the HR Lead or Coordinator
• Elaborate and analyze monthly HR reports and KPIs including FTE, HC, Turnover, and Stability
• Track transfers, promotions, internal rotations, and career plans
• Coordinate local, national, and international Cross Training logistics and documentation
• Support the execution of employee engagement and climate initiatives
• Provide support to employees and leaders regarding Human Resources inquiries
• Manage records for vacations, overtime, and compensations
• Coordinate user access and modifications via IT tickets
• Administer the distribution of corporate policies and procedures

Requirements

• Experience in HR administrative tasks and management systems
• Ability to manage labor documentation and contracts
• Proficiency in generating and analyzing HR metrics and KPIs
• Experience in payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management
