HR Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, amendments and other employment documentation
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers and offboarding
• Coordinate payroll inputs with external payroll providers
• Administer employee benefits, medical insurance and leave processes
• Track vacations, attendance records and working time
• Coordinate occupational medical examinations
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal HR policies
• Support labor inspections and documentation requests from authorities
• Coordinate subcontractor documentation and compliance requirements
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases
• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees
• Support regional HR projects when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of labor administration and employment documentation
• Experience working with payroll processes
• Experience managing contracts, vacations, attendance and employee records
• Advanced Excel skills
• English proficiency
