About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and terminations
- Maintain accurate employee data and digital personnel files within HRIS platforms
- Support administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Generate HR reports and metrics such as turnover and absenteeism
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and social security regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–4 years of professional experience in HR Operations, Administration, or Shared Services
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law and social security regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with a customer-service orientation
