HR Advisor (Onboarding)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for employees in India
• Prepare salary break-ups, issue offer letters, and manage employment documentation
• Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters regarding employment requests and new joiner status
• Facilitate the "buddy" program by assigning buddies and sharing necessary guidelines
• Maintain and update HRIS data, including managing large datasets and potential data migration
• Handle probation processes, including sending reminders and issuing confirmation or extension letters
• Prepare HR dashboards, team flyers, and maintain accurate employee records
• Support relocation needs and collect essential employee data such as bank details

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on onboarding and employee relations
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleStrong, or SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor law compliance
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
