HR Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel administration, including time management, payroll, and onboarding formalities
• Coordinate the integration process for new employees
• Support social relations by preparing CSE and CSSCT meetings and social reports
• Drive health and safety policies, including updating safety documents and managing PPE
• Contribute to Compensation & Benefits projects in support of the C&B Manager
• Participate in the recruitment process through CV screening and conducting initial interviews
• Support various international cross-functional projects as required

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 program in Human Resources or Labor Law
• Solid understanding of French Labor Law
• Proficiency in digital HR tools and payroll management
• Ability to analyze HR data
• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English for a transnational environment
• Fluent proficiency in French
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a sense of confidentiality
