About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration, including time management, payroll, and onboarding formalities
- Coordinate the integration process for new employees
- Support social relations by preparing CSE and CSSCT meetings and social reports
- Drive health and safety policies, including updating safety documents and managing PPE
- Contribute to Compensation & Benefits projects in support of the C&B Manager
- Participate in the recruitment process through CV screening and conducting initial interviews
- Support various international cross-functional projects as required
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 program in Human Resources or Labor Law
- Solid understanding of French Labor Law
- Proficiency in digital HR tools and payroll management
- Ability to analyze HR data
- Advanced or fluent proficiency in English for a transnational environment
- Fluent proficiency in French
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a sense of confidentiality
