HR Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, processes, systems, and practices
• Manage HR administrative tasks throughout the entire employee life cycle in collaboration with the People Service Team
• Standardize and develop central HR processes to increase efficiency and service quality
• Contribute to HR projects, including the implementation of new tools or benefits
• Analyze and monitor HR metrics to drive improvements in processes, service, and culture
• Coordinate and optimize the onboarding process for new hires
• Support HR Business Partners with strategic initiatives, change management, and organizational development projects

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by HR specialization
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably as an HR Advisor
• Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, and HR administrative processes
• Experience working with Shared Service/People Service teams and in international environments
• Analytical thinking skills and proficiency in handling HR metrics
• Excellent communication and advisory skills across all hierarchy levels
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in HR systems; experience with Workday or SAP is a plus
