About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient HR advice and ensure consistent application of policies
- Act as the first point of contact for managers across the employee lifecycle
- Manage Employee Relations (ER) cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations
- Support managers through formal processes and prepare documentation
- Liaise with Occupational Health regarding long-term absence
- Support organizational change activities such as TUPE and restructures
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
- Use HR data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Partner with L&D to support development needs
Requirements
- Strong Employee Relations experience managing cases end-to-end
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice
- Highly organized with ability to manage a busy workload
- Strong attention to detail and data literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- CIPD qualified or working towards preferred
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
