HR Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to hourly employees regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and HR programs.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure effective and efficient service delivery for hourly processes.
• Assist with the administration of GPS programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and talent and performance management.
• Participate in GPS HR projects and contribute to the development and improvement of HR procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in the Human Resources field.
• Advanced conversational English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer service orientation with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools, such as Workday.
