HR Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to leaders and employees across BevChain operations
• Support employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and policy interpretation
• Partner with leaders to uplift performance and development conversations
• Collaborate with Talent Advisory on attraction and retention strategies
• Deliver cyclical HR processes including PDPs, systems, reporting, and eForms
• Analyse people data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Support and embed HR policies and business unit people plans aligned to business objectives

Requirements

• Formal qualifications in Human Resource Management
• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR coordination role
• Exposure to high-volume recruitment, ideally within blue-collar or operational workforces
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations best practice
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Confidence to coach, influence, and challenge leaders when required
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
