HR Administrator with French

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative HR processes including contracts, terminations, transfers, and maintaining confidential files
• Anticipate employee life events such as contract endings, returns from absence, and retirements
• Provide technical and administrative support for personnel management systems and time management tools
• Resolve complex requests from internal and external partners regarding payroll, working time, and sensitive issues
• Analyze personal data and provide reports to partners
• Identify and implement process improvements, including opportunities for automation and robotization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced proficiency in both French and English
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or a similar administrative role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a team
