HR Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage applicant processes and organize job interviews
• Support the creation of employment contracts and work certificates
• Handle HR administration, including employee support and certification management
• Perform preparatory payroll accounting in compliance with legal and collective agreement requirements
• Maintain electronic personnel files and master data
• Manage internal and external correspondence
• Handle digital document filing and database maintenance

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Initial professional experience in HR administration and/or assistant/secretarial roles
• Basic knowledge of payroll, labor law, and social security law is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and discretion
