About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across onboarding, employee movements, probation, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records across multiple HR systems, including PageUp, ReadyHR, Pertrain, and SharePoint
  • Assist with HR and capability reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Identify system improvements, automation opportunities, and process efficiencies
  • Provide administrative support for learning & development activities, including training bookings and reporting
  • Support broader HR initiatives such as performance cycles, remuneration, wellbeing programs, and internal communications

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience within a similar environment
  • Strong experience using HR systems (e.g., PageUp, UKG, SharePoint, or similar)
  • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport
