About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across onboarding, employee movements, probation, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records across multiple HR systems, including PageUp, ReadyHR, Pertrain, and SharePoint
- Assist with HR and capability reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Identify system improvements, automation opportunities, and process efficiencies
- Provide administrative support for learning & development activities, including training bookings and reporting
- Support broader HR initiatives such as performance cycles, remuneration, wellbeing programs, and internal communications
Requirements
- Previous administration experience within a similar environment
- Strong experience using HR systems (e.g., PageUp, UKG, SharePoint, or similar)
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport
