About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage HR coordination and communication between regional and Head Office central offices
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening CVs, arranging interviews, and handling follow-ups
- Coordinate administrative tasks including visa processing, medical insurance, and document legalization
- Maintain accurate employee records, including digital and hard files, leave tracking, and training matrices
- Execute payroll preparation by monitoring daily attendance and managing salary adjustment files in the ERP
- Handle employee lifecycle documentation such as job offers, contracts, probation letters, and terminations
- Manage employee service requests including accommodation, bank account openings, and passport releases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Administrator role
- Proven experience working within complex, multi-national, or matrix organizations
- Strong administration and recruitment coordination experience
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work proactively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
