Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of personnel documentation regarding the employee lifecycle
- Maintain personnel files in accordance with applicable regulations
- Enter data into the HR system
- Manage employee benefits
- Support HR and payroll processes
- Support the HR team with current tasks
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
- Practical knowledge of HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Communicative English skills for international online meetings
- Proactive approach and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic business environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP HR systems
- Knowledge of Oracle systems
