HR Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and systems
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including responding to enquiries and ensuring learner record accuracy
• Support document control activities, specifically transitioning HR documentation from SharePoint to NovaCore
• Maintain document registers and ensure all HR resources are current and compliant
• Coordinate document control processes for SOPs, guides, and training materials
• Support data cleanses, system enhancements, reporting activities, and audits
• Manage shared inboxes and stakeholder enquiries within agreed timeframes
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and internal communications

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in HR Administration
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control
• Experience working within an ISO certified quality management system (e.g., NovaCore, M-Files, SuiteFiles)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality
